Scale Initiative LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17005340), trading as Storepage ("we", "us", "our"), operates the storepage.app platform. Our registered office is at 86-90, Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with a third-party provider (Apple, GitHub, or Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile image from that provider, along with authentication tokens necessary to maintain your connection.
Site content
When you create and edit sites on Storepage, we store the content you provide including app name, description, developer name, store links, screenshots, app icons, testimonials, privacy policy and terms of service text, and any other content you add to your site.
Uploaded files
Images you upload (app icons, screenshots) are stored using Cloudflare R2 object storage. These files are publicly accessible via URL when your site is published.
Billing information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment method details. We do store your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, billing period dates, and the plan you selected. Stripe may collect additional information directly from you in accordance with their privacy policy.
Automatically collected information
When you use Storepage, we automatically collect your IP address and browser user agent string as part of your session data. This information is used for security purposes and session management.
We also collect analytics and performance monitoring data, including page views, user interactions, device information, and error logs. This data helps us improve the platform and diagnose technical issues.
If you contact us using the on-site chat widget, we receive the message content and related technical metadata (such as IP address and browser details) to provide support. We run Crisp in Total Privacy Mode, so chat session cookies or similar storage are only created after you open the chat widget.
