Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Storepage platform operated by Scale Initiative LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17005340), trading as Storepage ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered office is at 86-90, Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Storepage is a platform that lets you create landing pages for mobile apps. Each site includes a homepage, privacy policy, and terms of service for your app. Sites are published on subdomains of storepage.app or on a custom domain you configure.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Storepage at any time. If we decide to permanently discontinue the service in full, we will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Storepage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Free tier

Storepage offers a free tier that allows you to publish one site on a storepage.app subdomain. Free sites display a "Made with Storepage" badge. Custom domains, app-ads.txt hosting, and the ability to publish additional sites require a Pro subscription.

Pro plan

The Pro plan is billed annually at a flat rate. Pro subscribers may publish unlimited sites, connect custom domains, remove the Storepage badge, and host app-ads.txt files. Billing is yearly only - no monthly billing option is available.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. When the billing period ends, your oldest published site will be retained as a free site (with the Storepage badge applied) and any additional published sites will be automatically unpublished. Your account and site data will be retained so you can resubscribe and republish in the future.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, your subscription will be marked as past due and you will enter a 7-day grace period during which your sites remain live and you retain full Pro access. If the payment is not resolved within the grace period, your subscription will be cancelled and the cancellation terms above will apply.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at hello@storepage.app.

If we permanently discontinue paid Storepage services, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid subscription period, except where a different treatment is required by applicable law.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Subdomains

Each site is assigned a unique subdomain on storepage.app. Subdomains are globally unique across all users and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains that are inactive, infringing, or violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Storepage, including app descriptions, screenshots, icons, and other materials. By publishing a site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Privacy policies and terms of service generated by our tools are provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated legal documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws. Generated legal documents are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty that they are legally sufficient for your specific use case or jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice, and you should obtain independent legal advice before publishing legal documents.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Storepage to:

• Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Storepage platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

8. Content takedowns

If you believe content published on Storepage infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at hello@storepage.app with a description of the allegedly infringing content and proof of your ownership. We will review and respond to valid takedown requests.

9. Availability and warranties

Storepage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Service discontinuation

If we discontinue Storepage in full, we will aim to provide at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable. During that period, you may request an export of your account data and site content.

Effects of termination

Upon account deletion, your personal information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Published sites will be taken offline immediately.

Survival

Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions on billing and payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of Storepage after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
